How much does your Personal Wash, Dry & Fold Service cost?

  • Torrington in-store drop off: $1.00/lb, $15 minimum

  • Pickup & Delivery in Litchfield County CT: $1.50/lb, $25 minimum

  • Comforters, Mattress Pads and Sleeping Bags items are charged separately at $19.85 each and are not weighed.

How will I be billed for Laundry pickup orders?

Your credit or debit card will be billed directly, and you will receive an email with a detailed invoice each time your card is billed.

MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards

Is there a minimum charge?

  • In-store drop off orders at our Torrington laundromat have a $15 minimum

  • Pickup & Delivery orders in Litchfield County have a $25 minimum

Is there any contract or long-term commitment?

There is no contract or long-term commitment.  You can discontinue our service at any time.

When will my laundry be picked up and returned?

That depends on where your delivery address is. We make every effort to make our delivery routes as convenient as possible.  Your laundry will be delivered back to you on our next scheduled delivery day.

Where is laundry left for pickup/drop-off?

We recommend that your pickup/drop-off location be protected from the elements if possible. Most customers have us leave their laundry on a front or back porch, in a garage, with their building manager, or front desk at their office.


What if I am not home when you pick up and deliver?

No problem. Just leave the laundry somewhere we can access it and then log into your account and edit your Pickup/Delivery Instructions. Many customers have us leave their laundry at their back door or in a foyer if they are not home. Whenever possible, please select a drop-off site that’s protected from the elements.

What should I do if I miss my pickup or forget to put out my laundry?

You will receive text & email reminders to help make sure you don’t forget. Contact us at 860-482-7150, text or email xxxx@xxxx.com. If our drivers are still in your area, we will make every effort to arrange for a pickup. However, if we cannot reach you, there is a $10.— missed pickup fee to cover our costs.


How do you protect my laundry when it’s raining? I'm afraid my clean laundry will get wet.

When the weather’s bad we double-bag your laundry to protect it from the elements. We always do our best to protect your laundry however, we cannot be responsible for laundry that is lost or damaged by the weather after it’s dropped off at your home. Please review the terms and conditions for damaged or lost items for more details.

If there's bad weather and the roads are unsafe when will my laundry be returned?

If there is a severe snowstorm or a hurricane, we will return your laundry to you as soon as it’s safe to for our drivers to do so. We will keep you updated to any changes via phone and or email.
